Dear customers, Thank you for choosing Holidays Home Fuerteventura! Please be informed that following terms and conditions are applied to all direct or indirect services provided by Holidays Home Fuerteventura. We may modify our terms and conditions without notice at any time where such amendment does not substantially effect your rights and obligations. When confirming a reservation with us you indicate to have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions below.
When you have finally found your perfect Holidays Home in Fuerteventura you may prebook the dates for your stay via email, a phone-call or directly on our website. As soon as we will receive your inquiry we will forward you the information email with directions for payment. Your reservation will be confirmed after we will receive a prepayment with 20% of the booking sum. You should pay remaining balance upon your arrival by cash or via credit card.
Welcome to Fuerteventura! Upon your arrival to the island we will be waiting for you in our Check In Point at Bristol Sunset Beach, Avenida Juan Carlos I, nº 3, Corralejo, 35660.
Here we will provide you the contract, highlight the most important information, explain how to reach your property and advice you on any important questions.
Booked accommodation will be ready for the entry from 3PM the day of your arrival. In case your arrival is early we will offer you to guard the luggage in Bristol Sunset Beach and enjoy it’s facilities till the time your booked accommodation is ready.
The last day of your stay the accommodation must be left till 11AM. We kindly ask you to deliver the keys back to our check in point in Bristol Sunset Beach or leave them in the safety box if your departure is outside the schedule of our customer service point in Bristol Sunset Beach.
Please notify our representative in case you prefer a late check-out from your holidays home. According to the availability you may prolongue your stay for the following supplement:
• Apartments: till 2PM - 20€, unlimited - 35€
• Houses and Villas: till 2PM - 30€, unlimited - 50€
It’s important to know that all our accommodations require a security deposit that varies from 100 to 350 € depending on your chosen property. This deposit is used as the guarantee for the potential damage made by client during accommodation period. The security deposit might be left in cash or locked on your credit card during your check-in. In the end of your holidays the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer or unlocked on your bank account in the period of 15 days after the day of your departure.
We will prepare your selected housing for your arrival, providing perfect cleaning of inside and outside areas of the accommodation. We will leave fresh linings, towels and reassure nothing is missing for your stay. Although an additional cleaning during your stay is not included, you can always hire an extra one for any chosen day or add a daily cleaning service to your booking. Please contact with our representative for the rates and more information.
Final cleaning is included to all the reservations of over 5 days. For the stays shorter than 5 days an extra cleaning fee of 50€ for apartments and 80€ for houses will be applied.
We expect you to leave the accommodation in order on the day of your departure. We will appreciate if you would leave the cooking utensils (pots, cutlery, crockery etc) free of food scraps or waste, dispose the garbage out of the house in waste containers during the permitted times (following the law of Fuerteventura it is allowed to dispose the garbage only during the night, after 20.00 pm and before 4:00 am.) and leave the accommodation in order.
Holidays Home Fuerteventura may charge an extra fee for not following above mentioned requirements.
Accommodation Rules and Responsibilities
Upon the arrival we will present you a contract of 2 copies with rules, general terms and conditions for your renting period. Signing this contract you agree that you yourself and all accompanying people agree with the following rules:
• We kindly ask you to respect the neighbours of your holidays home community. Any kind of party, excessive noise and loud music is strictly forbidden. Any complaint from the community that will result in the visit of local police will result in the immediate eviction from the housing and full responsibility for the penalty (from 300€). Having said that, we will be glad to advise you about the best nightlife spots in the island in the beginning of your stay.
• It is not allowed to accommodate more people than it is stated in your booking contract. In case there is change in the amount of people staying in your holidays home we kindly ask you to inform us about it.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property
• Pets are not allowed to be kept in your holiday accommodation
• By firming a contract you agree to keep the furniture, decor and the entire housing in the same conditions as you’ve found them upon your arrival. We sincerely hope you will love your holidays home and would like to be back, therefore we strive to maintain our properties in the same great condition year after year.
Damages / defects / deficiencies
We kindly ask you to communicate us any damage or fault spotted in your holidays accommodation upon your arrival. In case of any deficiency during your stay please contact our representative so that our team could proceed with the corresponding repair as soon as possible.
Holidays Home Fuerteventura will not liable for any deficiency reported after your stay.
Please inform us in written form about the cancellation of your booking. In case of force major we will treat the cancellation of your booking individually.
Otherwise, we will follow our cancellation policy applying the following fees:
• From your reservation day till 30 days before your arrival: cancellation free of charge.
• Cancellations made 29 - 0days before your arrival: 100% of the full renting price will be charged.
• No show: non refundable, total amount of the prepayment will be charged.
in villas and exlisive accomodations
• From your reservation day till 60 days before your arrival: cancellation free of charge.
• Cancellations made 59-0 days before your arrival: 100% of the full renting price will be charged.
• No show: non refundable, total amount of the prepayment will be charged.
All details presented on the website and in particular the descriptions of the apartments have been made as accurately as possible. HOLIDAYSHOME is not responsible for any errors or omissions that may arise and reserves the right to change the information published at any time including rates, descriptions and photographs.
